My career journey...
Early in my career, I managed teams for retail stores, call centers, and a bank where I was responsible for growing loan revenue and managing $90M in deposits. As I gained experience, I craved more responsibility and the ability to learn new skills and acumen. This prompted me to accept a position with Sprint in a corporate setting, where I dedicated 19 years to leading diverse teams, including external agencies and vendors. This compelled me to accept a severance package to seek fresh challenges on the agency side.
I'm proud to have surpassed my objectives by establishing a track record of delivering success across agencies of all sizes. From small boutique firms and mid-sized startups to global powerhouses boasting over 10,000 team members, I've overseen teams of up to 50 direct and indirect reports. The skills I gained for leading diverse groups through collaborative operations, projects, programs, and product launches have been career-changing.
