Project and Program Management

Having over 20 years of experience managing small to enterprise-wide projects, products, and programs, I am familiar with various methodologies, best practices, and determining the best approach.  I've stakeholders, SMEs, peers, and project managers directly and indirectly.

Although my approach naturally aligns with the Scrum Framework, varying methodologies may be used for different reasons. In many cases, I've found that leadership employs a combination of methods, which can lead to disruptive work environments.

To be successful, regardless of the approach, one element is key: leadership's ability to hold teams accountable to the method chosen (or, in most cases, a combination of methods). Without this, it's an uphill walk in both directions.

When teams are open to learning from each other, are honest, and remember that it's not personal, it's work, the results are amazing!
